As a student, I found that they only care about money. They are rude and don't want to help anyone. Concerning career options, uni issues and internships. It is also possible for them to forget to send you email notifications about graduation. Customer service is 0/10. This makes it difficult to get your degree. They didn't notify me and I missed my graduation. I would recommend that you look for another college where you are appreciated.

Worst university, they don't care about new students. RIT had completed my admission in less than 2 weeks. Canadians are still in Hibernation mode.

This university is centrally located in Dubai and not far from the tallest building of the world or the largest shopping mall in the country. Students love this university.

It's true, I am a student at this university. It is an excellent university with a top-of-the-mill faculty and a beautiful campus from the outside. However, customer service is slow. The campus is not as impressive as it appears from the outside, but it looks more like a regular school campus from the inside.
