It was a 3 day interactive CSM course that was very enjoyable. Raj, our trainer, was engaging and kept the course interesting and fun. We also considered the breaks for different time zones. The exam was very well prepared and you were able to pass it confidently, even without studying after the course. They will provide a lot of useful refreshers for your Scrum Master career. Highly recommended.

I signed up for the PSM certification program. It didn't happen, and there isn't any communication or support. They only care about sales. They are completely unprofessional. Antony Franklin was the executive who sold me the course. He has never responded to my inquiries. I've had to postpone my schedules, and wait for the course start time to begin. Simplelearn is far more convenient because they provide customer support throughout the session. Classes also start on time. But I could not find any way to get a refund.

It was a wonderful experience. The instructor was very knowledgeable and could clearly explain concepts. The key was the instructor's own life experience. Another great feature of the training was the use of live examples.
