I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up for their course. Effective stakeholder management was a disappointing course. I was very disappointed. Prerecorded voice of a robot that sometimes I don't understand, the course is very disappointing. Poor poor poor quality!!! Signing up for this course makes me feel like I'm being robbed of both my time and money.

There were a few issues that I experienced, such as being placed on the wrong course and having a terrible instructor in one module (the teaching in other modules was excellent) and not being provided with practice questions for the exam so I had them buy them from another source. Although I was able to get over it, it was difficult at times. Natasha Mepham, the customer service agent, was extremely helpful as was Eleanor Stanley, my account manager.
